Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems for both commercial and residential properties Service and troubleshoot low temp refrigeration units (walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, etc.) Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service calls Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC and refrigeration systems Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration (low temp) Valid EPA certification Knowledge of both commercial and residential HVAC systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Must provide your own basic tools - company vehicle is provided
Preferred:
Bilingual (English/Spanish). Experience with rooftop units, walk-in freezers, and ice machines
