Lead Residential HVAC Technician Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lead Residential HVAC Technician who will perform hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, professionalism in customer homes, and the ability to work independently while representing the company at a high standard. Key Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential heating and air conditioning systems Diagnose HVAC system issues and provide accurate repair solutions Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding system operation, repairs, and recommendations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in customers' homes Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation accurately and on time Manage service calls independently and efficiently Provide technical guidance when needed, without formal supervisory duties Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC experience EPA certification required; additional HVAC certifications preferred Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) available after 90 days of employment Holiday pay after 90 days of employment Company vehicle and tools (if applicable) Ongoing training and growth opportunities Work Schedule Full-time Occasional overtime and on-call rotation as needed Only Apply if you meet most of these qualifications !!!
