We are hiring at two levels depending on experience — whether you're a solid service tech or a highly experienced technician, we want to talk. What You'll Do Daily Dispatch from your home Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R systems Service RTUs, air handlers, boilers, and heat pumps Run service calls across the Greater DFW area Enter job notes, labor, and parts in Service Fusion Communicate professionally with customers Technician Levels Level I

• Service Technician 2+ years HVAC experience driving a service vehicle Able to handle standard service calls and basic diagnostics Comfortable working independently on most jobs Level II
• Senior Service Technician 6+ years commercial HVAC/R experience Strong diagnostic ability on complex systems Experience with boilers, hydronics, or water-source systems Able to handle advanced service calls independently Basic Requirements (All Levels) EPA Certification Valid driver's license Strong troubleshooting skills Professional attitude and communication Bonus Experience (Not Required) Boilers / hydronic systems Water-source heat pumps BMS / controls exposure OSHA 10 What We Offer Steady, year-round commercial work Company truck + fuel card Company tablet Paid time off Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) Tools provided Pay Hourly, based on experience and level Work Location In person (DFW area)
