• Primary Purpose of Position
• The Senior HVAC Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and completing electronic/ mechanical repairs of specified HVAC equipment and water heaters. This role ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all local and national codes.
• Primary Duties and Accountabilities
• + Perform and train others in preventative maintenance on all residential heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment.

+ Assist in sealed system HVAC, water heaters, or advanced appliance repair as part of training and development. + Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners regarding work performed and recommendations. + Complete all required documentation, including service tickets, time logs, and material usage. + Ability to be on-call and respond to emergency situations + Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition. + Adherent to all safety protocols and company policies.

• Minimum Qualifications
