HVAC Service Technician

Sunny Service is looking for a best-in-class HVAC Technician in the local market to join our team! Due to our expansive growth, we are looking for an HVAC Technicians in the Dallas/FTW area. This position works Monday through Friday with rotating weekends as needed. Our HVAC Technicians are provided with take-home vehicles stocked with company-provided tools, parts, & paid uniforms. Sunny Services also provides a company-issued cell phone and tablet.

Pay Range:

$20.00/hour plus commission

Paid Time Off Fuel Card Company Truck Responsibilities:

Complete HVAC repairs, maintenances, installations, and other related in-home, service calls for both commercial and residential customers. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems. Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services. Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans. Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals. Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business. Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure the overall success of the business. Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck. Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats. Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations. Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, and options sheets.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years field experience as an HVAC residential service technician (Required) EPA Certification TDLR Certification Must have strong skillset in troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance on HVAC projects Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
