You'll earn a competitive hourly base — plus commission on every sale you close — with real upside for technicians who build trust with customers and deliver results. Residential-Commercial-Install-Service & Repair-Lead Role What You'll Do Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (residential and light commercial) Lead installations of new heating and cooling equipment Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups Present repair and replacement options to customers with transparency Recommend accessories, IAQ products, and service agreements (commission opportunity) Mentor junior technicians and set the standard on job sites Complete accurate digital service documentation What We're Looking For EPA 608 Certification (required) 5+ years of HVAC service and installation experience Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple equipment brands Clean driving record and valid driver's license Comfortable presenting solutions and options to homeowners Professional attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction NATE certification a strong plus
