Position Summary Deane Electric & Air Conditioning is seeking a dependable and experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and/or commercial customers. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units Diagnose system issues and recommend appropriate solutions Perform routine maintenance and inspections Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings with customers Provide excellent customer service and professional communication on-site Requirements EPA Certification (required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and safety practices Preferred Qualifications Experience with both residential and commercial systems Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software
