Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician in La Porte, TX for a well-established, family-owned construction services company that has been delivering quality workmanship, competitive pricing, and strong customer satisfaction since 1991. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team that handles ground-up construction, remodels, maintenance contracts, retail stores, and chemical plant work while offering steady hours, overtime potential, and immediate hiring. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Technician position include: 3-10 years of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or service technician experience preferred Commercial refrigeration/service experience required HVAC certifications are a plus but not mandatory Clean driver's license and two forms of ID required Perform HVAC service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for commercial clients Support maintenance contracts, remodels, and construction-related HVAC service needs Work on projects involving retail stores, chemical plants, and commercial facilities Maintain quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer-focused service in the field
Salary :
$30 - $40 per hour, commensurate with experience.Benefits :
This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including one week of PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance with the company paying 50% for employee and family coverage, overtime available and paid at time-and-a-half, and a steady schedule averaging 40 hours per week, typically from 8 AM to 4 PM.
