Job Description
We're hiring ONE experienced HVAC Service Selling Technician who knows how to run calls, build trust with homeowners, and turn opportunities into real revenue. We have more demand than we can handle — with 3-5 service calls per day, per tech. If you know how to present options, explain repair vs. replacement with confidence, and convert both maintenance and no-cool calls into revenue, you'll stay busy and make great money here.. ⭐ What You Can Expect 20% Commission - minimum $800 week guaranteed... Consistent call volume - 3-5 calls per day No slow days — strong marketing fills your schedule Company truck, gas card, and tablet provided Paid training and growth opportunities Health, dental, vision + PTO ⭐ What You'll Do Run residential HVAC service, diagnostic, and maintenance calls Perform high-quality tune-ups and system evaluations Diagnose issues quickly and accurately Present clear repair and replacement options to homeowners Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call Maintain clean, organized truck and accurate service records Support installs or projects when needed (team-first culture) ⭐ Who This Is For 4-12 years of HVAC experience Strong in diagnostics, repairs, and customer communication Comfortable presenting options and closing work Wants to earn based on performance — not just hourly Reliable, professional, and team-oriented ⭐ Real Talk We're not a high-pressure, replace-first company. We focus on honest diagnostics and giving customers real options — repair or replace. If you're the kind of tech who: Solves problems fast Builds trust with customers Knows how to present options And gets customers to trust you/us with their project You'll do very well here. We generate the calls.
