Lead HVAC Installer

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead HVAC Installer to oversee and perform residential and/or commercial HVAC system installations. This role is ideal for a skilled Installer who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, leads by example, and is driven to maximize earnings through performance-based commissions. Key Responsibilities Lead installation of HVAC systems including split systems, package units, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, and ductwork Supervise and train installation crew members to ensure efficiency and quality standards Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications Ensure all installations meet local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards Communicate clearly with customers, explaining system operation and answering questions Maintain accurate job documentation, including materials used and work completed Identify opportunities for system upgrades or necessary parts replacements Ensure job sites remain clean, safe, and organized Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC installation experience Proven leadership or crew management experience Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices EPA Certification (preferred) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions Compensation & Incentives 5% commission on Full System and Partial installations:

• Central Air Change outs and Mini-Split Change outs
• Evaporator coil change-outs
• Condenser change-outs
• Furnace change-outs
• AHU change-outs 6% commission on parts replacements:
• Compressor change-outs
• Small Parts change-outs
• IAQ installations
• Duct work installations
• Surge protection devices Additional hourly opportunities to keep busy year-round.
