HVAC Installer Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. Responsibilities Assist lead installers with residential and light commercial HVAC system installations Help remove and replace heating and air conditioning equipment Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Assist with ductwork, wiring, and system setup Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all company safety procedures Provide professional and courteous interaction with customers Qualifications HVAC experience preferred but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate) Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to use hand and power tools Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics and crawl spaces Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Strong work ethic and positive attitude

What We Offer Pay:
