HVAC Service Technician

Pay is dependent upon experience and skill level. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Install new HVAC systems and components according to manufacturer specifications. Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units, boilers, chillers, and furnaces. Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend solutions. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations performed. Experience Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair is preferred. Strong understanding of air conditioning systems and their components. Experience reading schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC systems is beneficial.
