As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Repair or replace defective parts or components
• Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times ```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including experience with ammonia refrigeration systems
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC system design and operation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in plumbing and electrical work related to HVAC systems (HVAC/R)
• Experience in property maintenance or building operations is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
