Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and repair experience with residential and light-commercial HVAC systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and mechanical components. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and HVAC design documents to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Utilize diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment to identify electrical and mechanical issues. Perform welding, equipment repairs, and component replacements as needed. Sell repairs, system upgrades, and indoor air quality solutions to customers. Document completed work with photos, notes, and digital forms. Keep service vehicles clean, organized, and fully stocked. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Build strong customer relationships by clearly communicating repairs, timelines, and any service delays. Assist with property maintenance tasks and support team members on larger HVAC projects. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain high-quality workmanship standards. Qualifications 3-5 years of HVAC experience required. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, mechanical systems, and HVAC design principles. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints accurately. Hands-on experience with equipment repair, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance. Proficiency using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Welding and equipment repair experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
