If you do not meet experience minimums please apply for Apprenticeship position. We pay for school/training and give raises every 6 months in the apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the service department with PM contracts Answering service calls Installing, maintaining, and repairing new and old systems Traveling to and from job sites daily in the West Texas region Diagnose a variety of service issues Detail documentation of work orders, time sheets, and material lists

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen Basic computer skills Ability to work overtime, holidays, or weekends if needed 4+ years of HVAC experience needed Ability to read and analyze wiring diagrams (required) Basic RTU and split system troubleshooting (required)
