Apprentice Propane Technician

Duties Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair propane systems, appliances, and related equipment across residential, commercial, and industrial sites You quickly will be filling propane cylinders at either of our locations, Luling or Gonzales Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs Perform routine maintenance on propane tanks, regulators, valves, and associated machinery to ensure optimal safety and performance Conduct safety inspections in compliance with industry standards and local regulations to prevent hazards You will be expected to pass administrated and graded by the Texas Railroad Commission Assist with system upgrades or modifications by applying mechanical knowledge and construction skills Lead small teams or coordinate with other technicians during complex service projects to ensure timely completion Document all service activities thoroughly in logs and reports for accountability and future reference Requirements Attitude of learning and appreciation of the experienced experts who will be guiding you Growth mindset Mechanical aptitude Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide team members or apprentices effectively Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail during diagnostics and repairs Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel as needed for service calls.
