Whether your strengths are in service, installation, or both, we are looking for dependable team members who take pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems. Service heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, controls, and related equipment. Assist with HVAC system replacements and change-outs. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers. Complete service documentation accurately and professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company and industry safety standards. HVAC Installer Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductwork. Perform complete system replacements and equipment upgrades. Verify proper operation and performance of installed systems. Conduct site inspections to ensure installations meet code requirements and safety standards. Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process. Requirements Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC experience. Valid Texas Driver's License. EPA Certification required. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic HVAC hand tools required. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to lift equipment and work in various residential environments. Preferred Qualifications NATE Certification. Experience with residential heat pumps and control systems. Sales experience and the ability to present solutions to homeowners. Additional HVAC certifications and industry training.
