with 3% company match Much more to discuss at interview Position Summary The HVAC Service Technician performs maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across a wide range of commercial and industrial systems — including chillers, RTUs, split systems, boilers, cooling towers, and large package equipment. This field service role demands strong technical ability, a customer-first mindset, and clear communication. Primary Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial / industrial HVAC/R systems Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Document work using ServiceTitan field service management software Follow all OSHA safety procedures and industry best practices Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment professionally Requirements Commercial HVAC/R service, repair, and maintenance experience EPA Certification required (Universal preferred) Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and schematic-reading skills Must pass background check and drug screening Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Professional appearance, communication, and customer-service attitude Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of RTU and split system service experience Experience with package units up to 120 tons Experience with reciprocating, screw, and centrifugal chillers OSHA-10 certification | HVAC trade school graduate a plus Schedule Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8-hour workdays | Some on-call required How to Apply Visit www.rpmaint.net or call (469) 631-0571.
