About the Role Champion & Nash HVAC is looking for a Seasoned HVAC Technician to join our growing Pasadena, TX team. This role is perfect for a technician with 2-4 years of residential HVAC service experience who is ready to continue developing their technical skills while providing outstanding customer service. Qualified candidates will receive a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus . This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager. What You'll Do Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC systems Identify service opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions to customers Build strong customer relationships through professional communication Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle Complete service documentation accurately and timely Participate in company training, meetings, and development opportunities We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have 2-4 years of residential HVAC service experience Working knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus Excellent communication and customer service abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Working Conditions / Physical Demands Must prioritize safety and maintain knowledge of OSHA requirements and safe working practices Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, hear, and communicate Must be able to climb ladders, work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly Work is performed in varying weather conditions throughout the year
