Team Services is a provider specializing in the commercial and industrial HVAC industry. With a robust client base in Texas, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Projects Apprentice . Responsibilities Perform quoted project work on commercial HVAC equipment as per the scope of work Work in unison with Project Team to complete tasks and projects Update project status and requirements to Project Lead and/or Project Supervisor Provide excellent craftsmanship and quality of work Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including the proper use of PPE Complete accurate timecards and service activities Regularly communicate with Project Foreman, Project Coordinator, and Project Manager Seek work performance guidance and coaching from Project Manager Adhere to Safety Best Practices Other duties, as needed

Requirements:

Requirements 2 years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience or equivalent Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to read and interpret Construction Documents, Plans and Specifications Tech registration with

TDLR EPA

Universal Certification Ability to perform basic troubleshooting/system analysis preferred Provide basic hand tools, i.e. screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, etc. Excellent organization skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and a smartphone Effective communication skills (written and oral)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Must be able to lift and maneuver large, heavy equipment, parts, and tools, weighing in excess of 50 lbs. Must be able to work on ladders, lifts, and from high elevations Must be able to work in confined spaces Must be able to work in extremely hot and cold climates
