Project Manager (Mechanical/HVAC)
The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation in HVAC systems-including air distribution, hydronic systems, and chilled water-but remains adaptable and open to refining processes. This individual will work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical construction projects from kickoff through closeoutCoordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clientsOversee project schedules, budgets, and overall project executionReview and interpret drawings, specifications, and submittalsSupport procurement, material tracking, and equipment coordinationTrack project costs, labor, and progress to ensure alignment with budgetIdentify and resolve project issues proactively and efficientlyEnsure projects meet quality standards and client expectationsAdapt to evolving project scopes and field conditionsQualifications2-5+ years of experience in mechanical constructionExperience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager preferredStrong working knowledge of:
HVAC systemsAir distribution systemsHydronic (water and chilled water) systemsExperience with equipment buyout, procurement, ductwork, refrigerant piping, controls, TABExperience with submittals, RFIs, coordination drawings, field sequencingExperience with subcontractor/vendor coordinationWillingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a structured environmentPreferredExperience working for a mechanical contractorExposure to commercial HVAC or piping projectsFamiliarity with project management software and construction workflowsCandidates who complete skills assessments and screening questions will move to the front of the application process!
