Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent HVAC Helper to support our team of skilled professionals. The HVAC Helper's responsibilities include assisting with installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems, and performing routine checks and inspections. Duties and Responsibilities Assist in installing HVAC systems to the required standards and timelines. Perform regular maintenance tasks such as replacing filters and cleaning systems. Assist in diagnosing and fixing any issues found in HVAC systems including failures and inefficiencies. Help in carrying out routine inspections of equipment and fixtures. Ensure all tools and equipment are kept clean and in good working condition. Follow all safety protocols and standards. Support senior HVAC Technicians in their tasks and learn from their expertise. Help with the preparation of job sites before and after installation or repair tasks.

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience as an HVAC Helper or similar role preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team. Good physical condition and strength with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces. Ability to understand technical instructions and diagrams.
