Job Description

Job Duties:
Perform diagnostic, warranty, and service work on HVAC systems in newly constructed residential homes. Troubleshoot and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality equipment under manufacturer and builder warranty guidelines. Respond to homeowner warranty requests in a professional and timely manner. Identify and resolve airflow, temperature, drainage, and equipment performance issues. Inspect newly installed systems to ensure proper operation and code compliance. Document service calls, repairs performed, and warranty-related findings accurately. Communicate effectively with homeowners, builders, and internal teams regarding service needs and repair status. Follow all safety procedures, company standards, and manufacturer specifications. Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company in occupied homes and residential communities.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a residential service HVAC tech High School or Trade School Graduate or GED EPA Universal license At least 5 years of experience in residential hvac service Valid Texas driver's license with a clean record Able to pass a background check
