Join a very small but rapidly growing commercial HVAC and refrigeration business with a strong local customer base, steady demand, and more work than the team can currently handle. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven technician who wants hands-on growth, direct access to leadership, and the chance to become a key part of a company serving restaurants, hotels, and long-term care facilities throughout the region. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Technician position include: 3+ years of HVAC/Refrigeration experience preferred, with commercial experience highly valued Residential-only HVAC experience may be considered for candidates eager to learn commercial work Perform commercial HVAC and refrigeration service, maintenance, repairs, and replacements Assist with installations as needed while gaining exposure to both service and install work Travel daily throughout San Antonio, New Braunfels, and occasionally toward Austin Work Monday through Friday, typically 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime and occasional weekends as needed EPA certification and HVAC schooling are not required, though certifications are considered a plus Must have strong drive, reliability, and willingness to grow with a small but busy team

Salary :

$20-$25 per hour
