Job Description

40 year old DFW Multifamily company is seeking an experienced Multifamily HVAC Technician to join our growing team serving apartment communities throughout the DFW area. We are looking for a motivated, dependable technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, replacing and maintaining HVAC systems in multifamily residential communities.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in apartment communities Perform preventative maintenance and service calls Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues Complete work orders accurately and efficiently Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when interacting with property management teams and residents Follow all safety procedures and company policies Full replacement of systems Boiler/Chiller knowledge

Qualifications:
Must meet company vehicle insurance eligibility requirements and possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record HVAC experience required EPA Certification preferred Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of HVAC systems Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage daily workload
