Growth Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for a reputable company in Texarkana, TX. This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to provide quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Diagnose HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipment Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations Maintain accurate service records and documentation Communicate effectively with customers and team members Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
Universal EPA Certification required Previous HVAC installation and service experience preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed Ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces when necessary
