- Key Responsibilities
- The Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for overseeing the complete installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings.
You will manage the installation process from start to finish, ensuring that all equipment is set, piped, and wired according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes. Beyond the technical execution, you will also serve as a primary point of contact for customers on-site, explaining system operations and ensuring complete client satisfaction before leaving the job. Your daily routine will involve troubleshooting complex installation issues, performing system startups, and documenting completions with accuracy.
