Residential HVAC Installer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing heating and cooling systems in residential settings and a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, condensers, air handlers, and ductwork Conduct system troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation of HVAC/R equipment Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to support accurate installations Perform plumbing connections and refrigerant charging as needed Use diagnostic tools (such as ohmmeters) for electrical testing and welding equipment for system modifications or repairs Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and clearly communicate with customers about system operation and maintenance needs Follow all safety procedures and industry standards Ensure installations meet company quality expectations Communicate clearly with team members and customers Maintain a clean and organized job site

Qualifications:

Previous HVAC installation experience required EPA certification required Strong mechanical knowledge, including refrigeration systems, basic plumbing, and appliance repair Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and general property maintenance practices Proven field service experience with the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC/R issues efficiently Ability to operate diagnostic tools (such as ohmmeters) and perform equipment repairs, including welding when necessary Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment Valid driver's license
