We're looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and delivers a clean, professional install every time. Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage residential, light commercial and new construction HVAC installation jobs from start to finish Install complete HVAC systems (split systems, package units, ductwork, etc.) Ensure all installs meet code requirements, manufacturer specs, and company standards Supervise and train helper(s) Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Communicate clearly with customers and answer basic questions Troubleshoot installation challenges and make on-the-spot decisions Perform system start-up and testing to ensure proper operation Complete job documentation accurately (photos, notes) Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and respect What We're Looking For 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience (required) Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and new construction HVAC systems and duct design Attention to detail and clean high quality work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift, carry HVAC systems Able to work in attics and outdoor conditions Strong work ethic and reliability What Sets Us Apart We focus on quality installs, not rushed volume jobs Strong company values and reputation in the community Clear standards: premium work at a fair priceCompensation & Benefits:
