Overview Join our dynamic team as a Residential HVAC Technician and Installer, where your expertise will directly impact the comfort and safety of our customers' homes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including central air conditioning units and furnaces Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to ensure accurate installation and service Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to maximize efficiency and lifespan Diagnose mechanical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and other testing devices; perform equipment repairs or replacements accordingly Assist with maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems to ensure safety standards are met Maintain detailed service records, including inspection reports, repair logs, and system specifications Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in construction, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) Proven field service experience with the ability to handle complex equipment repairs efficiently Familiarity with HVAC design principles, and technical documentation Ability to operate welding equipment and perform basic welding tasks when necessary for system repairs or modifications Experience working with boilers, ammonia refrigeration systems, and other specialized HVAC/R equipment is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a driver preferred Excellent problem-solving skills combined with proactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction Ability to work independently in the field while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards Join us in delivering top-tier residential HVAC solutions that enhance comfort and energy efficiency.
