We know you will love it here, but you need to know a little bit about the Job so… It is the responsibility of a Service Technician to inspect, service, diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC systems and any other related HVAC(Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) components correctly and in a timely manner following our company standards. Our company standards include being thorough, respectful, punctual, honest, and clean. About you... We think the hardest working people we know are HVAC professionals. They are willing to work hard in extreme temperatures for long periods of time in tiny attics and crawlspaces to help our customers stay comfortable. They are willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the busy seasons. The job is difficult but it can be very rewarding. Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

Hourly plus commissions. Earn over $100,000 as a top performer. Most new technicians earn about $45-50k in their first year as Level 1 techs. Experienced Technicians earn between $60-80k Top Performing Senior Techs and Selling technicians, The sky is your limit!

Schedule:

Monday to Friday as needed Some Weekends Some Holidays On call rotating scheduled shifts are required Always off on Sundays for Faith and Family time We are located at 464 Commercial Drive, Ste A, Buda, TX 78610
