Full-time At Your Service Pros is a family-owned HVAC company serving the Salt Lake and Utah County areas. As a proud member of the Nexstar Network, we emphasize world-class service, continuous training, and doing what's right for our customers and our team. We're hiring an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer to deliver high-quality residential and light-commercial installations. What You'll Do Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits Use MeasureQuick diagnostic tools to verify system efficiency and performance Follow company procedures and local building codes on every installation Coordinate with team members and dispatch to keep jobs on schedule Educate customers on system operation and maintenance Maintain professional, clean job sites and well-stocked company vehicles Participate in ongoing technical training through Nexstar and internal programs What You'll Need 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in confined spaces Proficiency with — or willingness to learn — MeasureQuick tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Company truck and uniforms Professional development opportunities Flexible scheduling Life insurance Employee discounts
