The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients. Hourly and piece rate pay will be determined by capability, experience, and certifications. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings. Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues and recommend solutions. Utilize tools such as voltmeter and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems effectively. Collaborate with service technicians and mechanics to ensure efficient operation of HVAC units. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites. Assist in the training of junior staff as needed. Requirements At least 2 years of experience installing HVAC equipment Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or in a similar role within the field service industry. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to build and repair various HVAC equipment. Familiarity with air conditioning and heating systems. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; van driving experience is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
