This role supports and maintains critical plant utilities including ammonia refrigeration systems, a boiler (Cleaver Brooks), and air compressor systems (Sullair). The ideal candidate is a proven troubleshooter who can independently diagnose issues, execute PMs/PPMs, and ensure safe, reliable operation of essential systems. Candidates with ammonia system experience and utilities background will be strongly prioritized. Key Responsibilities Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration systems Perform maintenance and repairs on the boiler (Cleaver Brooks) and associated steam system Maintain and troubleshoot air compressor systems (Sullair), including air dryers Execute PMs and PPMs in alignment with plant maintenance standards Diagnose equipment failures and perform root cause analysis (RCA) Monitor system performance and drive improvements in reliability and efficiency Support plant operations by responding to utility system issues as needed Ensure compliance with LOTO, PSM, ammonia safety standards, and

requirements Participate in hazardous materials emergency response activities Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Support weekends, holidays, and off-shift coverage as required Core Technical Responsibilities Read and interpret P&IDs, blueprints, and system diagrams Diagnose system performance using pressure and temperature relationships Maintain compressors, condensers, heat exchangers, cooling towers, and water treatment systems Support annual ammonia and boiler inspections and continuous improvement efforts Maintain and calibrate ammonia detection and safety systems Safety & Compliance Requirements Ability to wear full-face respirator and SCBA equipment with no restrictions Ability to pass respirator medical evaluation and fit test Willingness to participate in
