What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, air handlers) Perform precision tune-ups and safety inspections on all major equipment brands Present repair and replacement options clearly and honestly to homeowners Educate customers on system performance and maintenance needs Complete job documentation accurately in ServiceTitan Represent Apex with professionalism on every call What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience (not just installs) EPA 608 Universal Certification required Strong diagnostic skills — you trace problems, you don't just swap parts Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check Professional, punctual, and customer-focused attitude ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Performance bonuses and spiff programs Company vehicle, fuel card, and uniforms provided Medical insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Ongoing manufacturer training and certifications Tablet provided Apex Clean Air is an equal opportunity employer.
