Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor climate control, energy efficiency, and system reliability. Duties Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems. Read and interpret technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, system calibrations, and component replacements to ensure peak performance. Utilize diagnostic tools for electrical testing and troubleshooting of complex mechanical or electrical components. Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports documenting work performed and parts used for each job. Operate field service vehicles safely while adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Collaborate with property managers or clients to assess HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions aligned with HVAC design principles. Requirements 2+ years experience in HVAC industry Has EPA Certification Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or mechanic with a strong background in construction or property maintenance environments. Hands-on experience with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) systems. Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design concepts to facilitate accurate troubleshooting and installation. Mechanical knowledge covering plumbing, appliance repair, boiler operation, welding techniques, and equipment repair. Field service experience working directly on air conditioning units, ventilation systems, or boilers in commercial or residential settings. Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively for electrical troubleshooting tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for safe operation of company vehicles. $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
