From system design and custom sheet metal fabrication to new equipment installation, preventative maintenance, repairs, and boiler work — we handle it all in-house. We hold every job to the same standard, whether it's a large-scale installation or a single service visit. Our focus is on dependable, energy-efficient systems built with quality craftsmanship and up-to-date technology. About This Role We're expanding our service team and looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians to support our commercial and industrial accounts. These full-time field roles are focused on keeping client systems diagnosed, repaired, and well-maintained. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair a broad range of commercial HVAC equipment — RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps. Perform planned maintenance visits and system inspections to protect performance and maximize equipment lifespan. Track down and correct electrical and mechanical problems across various HVAC platforms. Swap out or restore failing parts including motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats. Reference and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation. Provide clear updates to customers and coworkers on what was found and what was done. Document service activity thoroughly — work completed, materials used, and system status. Operate in full compliance with safety protocols, relevant codes, and company standards. What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED; formal HVAC training or certification a plus. 4 or more years working as an HVAC service technician or in a comparable field role. Solid hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components. EPA 608 Universal Certification required. Proficiency reading blueprints and technical service documentation. Systematic approach to diagnosing and resolving equipment issues. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including customer-facing situations. Valid driver's license; able to travel between job sites. Preferred Qualifications NATE certification or equivalent. Background in commercial HVAC environments.
