What You Will Do Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems — service calls, maintenance visits, and equipment failures Identify and recommend add-on solutions when they genuinely serve the customer — surge protection, start kits, accessories, duct work Have honest conversations with homeowners and earn their trust on every call Represent Southwest's 45-year reputation: clean, professional, accountable Complete documentation and customer handoff on each visit Be someone customers ask for by name What We Are Looking For 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience — you can diagnose without hand-holding EPA 608 certification required Clean, professional appearance — you are in customers' homes Valid driver's license and clean driving record Integrity first — 45 years of reputation rides on every call you make Someone who can have a real conversation with a homeowner, not run a sales script A team-first attitude — egos don't last here; people who show up and communicate do What We Offer Guaranteed hourly floor — you earn even on slow weeks Commission on completed service work plus referral commission on sold system leads — bi-weekly paycheck Company vehicle provided for field use Company-supplied parts support — you focus on the work, not chasing down materials An established membership base that generates real, consistent call volume Owner on-site and reachable — no corporate chain, no PE bureaucracy What We Are Building Southwest has served Southern Utah since 1980 and we are growing fast.
