Job Description

Combustion and Control Service (CCS) is a commercial/ industrial mechanical and HVAC contractor servicing the entire state of Utah, Western Wyoming, and Eastern Idaho. CCS is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. Candidates should possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in commercial HVAC systems and components. Strong troubleshooting skills are required for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing related issues. Must be able to read and understand electrical schematics. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and hydronic equipment. On call and out of town work is required. Responsibilities Install, repair and maintain steam and hydronic boiler equipment Start up and adjustment of equipment and control systems Troubleshooting and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems including Hydronic Chillers Excellent Communication with customers and management to coordinate repairs Travel is required Requirements Great customer relations Ability to work well with others and self-motivated when working alone Excellent problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC and hydronic equipment Proficient in using hand and power tools including threaders Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Physical stamina and strength to handle demanding tasks in all environments RMGA certification is preferred Universal EPA Certification Clean driving record- must be able to be commercially insured Willingness to work safely and follow all safety procedures Recommended skills Strong electrical knowledge Understanding of control systems Troubleshooting Problem solving Detail oriented Commercial HVAC (chillers, cooling towers, roof tops) Autoflame / Limpsfield knowledge is a plus.
