We specialize in clean, high-end installations - especially ductless mini split systems and custom solutions . We're looking for a confident HVAC installer who knows how to get the job done right, keeps a clean job site, and takes pride in craftsmanship. No micromanaging. No drama. Just solid, rewarding work with a great small team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Install mini split systems Traditional furnace/AC installs Lay out equipment locations and run line sets Communicate clearly with customers and team Work independently or with an assistant (you help lead the job)

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of HVAC install experience (mini splits is a big plus!) Comfortable leading an install from start to finish Clean, organized work habits Respectful and professional around homeowners

Bonus:

EPA certified or trade school graduate
