Job Responsibilities:

• Installation of residential HVAC equipment in retrofit applications.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain strong organization skills and complete all necessary paperwork efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete high-quality installations efficiently .

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of residential retrofit lead installer experience.
• Extensive knowledge of local building codes and ability to ensure compliance.
• Strong organization skills and ability to complete paperwork efficiently.
• Desire for career growth —this is an opportunity, not just a job.
• EPA Certification required.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams to perform basic troubleshooting if needed after install.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide top-tier customer service.
