Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in both commercial and residential settings. What We Provide Company service van (take-home vehicle) Weekly uniform service Paid training and certifications (EPA, OSHA, NATE, etc.) Competitive wages with opportunities for growth Profit-sharing program Benefits package (health, paid time off, etc. — if you want to list specifics) Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (residential and commercial) Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent service Accurately complete work orders, logs, and reports Participate in on-call rotation (one week per month) Follow all company safety and uniform policies Requirements MUST live in Utah county for this position 2+ years of HVAC service experience EPA certification (or ability to obtain) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong technical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have excellent customer service and communication skills Schedule & Compensation Full-time On-call rotation: 1 week per month
