We are seeking an experienced and reliable HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems independently, with a strong focus on both residential and commercial projects. The position requires a highly skilled individual who can effectively manage installations from start to finish while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial settings according to company standards and local codes. Complete installations of new HVAC systems, including ductwork, air handlers, compressors, and other related components. Ensure that systems are installed correctly, safely, and to code, following all manufacturer specifications and instructions. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation, including system malfunctions and defective components. Conduct system start-ups and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance. Provide outstanding customer service by communicating clearly with clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns during installation. Maintain clean and organized work environments, ensuring job sites are left tidy at the end of each day. Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and project managers to ensure installations are completed on time and within budget. Comply with all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience installing HVAC systems independently. Experience in both new construction installations and HVAC service is highly preferred. Proven ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and system specifications. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
