This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. As a vital part of our service team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment in residential, small commercial settings. Your expertise will help ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to apply their technical skills and grow within a fast-paced environment committed to excellence. Duties Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and related mechanical components. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute installations and repairs. Conduct system diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and other testing devices to identify issues quickly and precisely. Perform plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including pipe fitting and refrigeration setups where applicable. Utilize welding skills for metal fabrication or repair tasks on HVAC equipment or ductwork. Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and documentation of all repairs performed. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes during all installation and maintenance activities. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or installer with a strong understanding of HVAC/R (refrigeration) systems. Construction experience or background in property maintenance is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge including boiler operation, appliance repair, welding techniques, and general equipment repair. Field service experience working directly with customers in residential or commercial settings. Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and technical manuals. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Additional skills such as plumbing expertise, refrigeration handling, welding proficiency, or mechanic experience are advantageous.
