Service Technician:

Properly diagnose HVAC and Water Heater problems and implement repairs Learn, Practice, Replicate, and Implement the Eagles Service Process Build rapport and become your customer's Trusted Advisor so you may provide solutions to improve their comfort, health, safety, and energy efficiency Perform Combustion and other testing/inspections to ensure a safe indoor environment Excitedly present the Eagles Membership Program and educate customers about plan benefits Actively participate in training classes, meetings, and the mentoring and training of teammates As a rapidly growing company, we are proud to offer the following benefits: Dynamic pay structure where you are rewarded based on your experience and production Competitive benefits package including healthcare, retirement, PTO, and other co-worker focused programs Consistent, steady work to help you earn all year long while maintaining a healthy work/life balance Ongoing training to help you grow as a technician, team member, and leader Under our custom compensation plans, qualified technicians can make $75K to $125K+ annually!
