In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Your expertise will help deliver comfortable indoor environments for our clients across various property types. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and field service experience in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. All work performed will be paid, ensuring fair compensation for your skills and dedication. Duties Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan. Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including pipe fitting and leak repairs. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to repair electrical components and mechanical parts. Diagnose complex issues involving ammonia refrigeration systems or HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) units with precision. Maintain detailed service records, complete inspection reports, and document all repairs performed for accountability and future reference. Requirements Valid license as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician with relevant state certifications. Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC or related mechanical fields. Strong understanding of schematics, HVAC design principles, and property maintenance procedures. Mechanical knowledge encompassing refrigeration systems, appliance repair, boiler operation, welding techniques, and equipment repair. Experience working with field service operations across construction sites or commercial properties. Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems or HVAC/R systems is highly desirable. Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating drivers preferred.
