Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who not only excels technically but also has the ability to lead, mentor, and oversee other technicians in the field. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality installations, guiding team members, and upholding company standards across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring all work meets company standards and specifications. Supervise, train, and mentor junior technicians and installers in the field. Coordinate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Perform advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems when needed. Serve as a technical expert and point of contact for complex jobs and escalations. Ensure compliance with all HVAC codes, safety regulations, and best practices. Deliver excellent customer service by clearly explaining systems, services, and recommendations. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.

Requirements:

Extensive experience as an HVAC Technician, with strong expertise in installation, maintenance, and system diagnostics. Proven ability to lead teams and manage job sites effectively . Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Valid HVAC license or certification preferred. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a senior or lead HVAC role. Experience managing teams in residential and/or commercial projects.
