Why Work With Us Hands-on training in the HVAC field Friendly, supportive team environment Opportunity to explore a skilled trade career Great summer earning opportunity Key Responsibilities Assist HVAC technicians with loading/unloading tools, materials, and equipment Help maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles Run parts/supplies to job sites as needed Perform basic manual labor such as lifting, carrying, and cleanup Support installation and service teams with simple tasks under supervision Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and office staff Other general labor duties as assigned Requirements Must be at least 16 years old Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in heat, attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions Reliable transportation and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work safely No HVAC experience required — training provided Preferred (Not Required) Valid driver's license Interest in HVAC or trades Previous labor or warehouse experience
