We are a well-established residential service company looking for an experienced HVAC Install Technician who values craftsmanship as much as we do. This isn't a "get it done fast and move on" operation. We take pride in clean installs, proper airflow, and work that stands the test of time. If heat pumps and gas furnaces are second nature to you—and you refuse to cut corners—you'll fit right in. What You'll Be Doing Install heat pump systems, AC units, and gas furnaces Perform full system change-outs and new residential installations Read and follow install specs, wiring diagrams, and airflow requirements Ensure all work meets code, safety, and manufacturer standards Communicate clearly with homeowners and the install crew Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite at all times What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Strong working knowledge of heat pumps, AC systems, and gas furnaces Oil furnace experience? That's a strong plus (but not required) EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently or as part of a team High standards for workmanship and serious attention to detail Why Join This Team?
