The Role:

This is a fully hands-on, field-based role focused on diagnostics and repair. You will be the face of our company, solving problems for homeowners in the Charlottesville area. We need a technician who can diagnose heat pumps and gas furnaces accurately and communicate solutions clearly to customers.

Manageable Workload:

Handle 3-4 service calls per day.

Local Travel:

Stay close to home with a tight 1-hour service radius.

The Work:

Schedule:

Standard hours are 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM .

On-Call Rotation:

Yes, you will have on-call duty 1 week per month . Respect for

Downtime:

No dispatches after 8:00 PM. We want you fresh for the next day.

On-Call Pay:

$50 show-up fee + Time and a half for any hours worked. The Pay Package (Realistic Earnings) We pay a competitive hourly rate PLUS a commission structure that rewards production without penalizing quality.

Base Hourly:

$26.00 - $32.00 per hour (Based on experience).

Commission:

4% after exceeding $6,000 in weekly sales. Tiered up to 8% for high performers ($50k+ weekly sales).

Weekly Pay:

Get paid every week, not every two weeks.
